Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1/2 cups spinach puree


  • 1/2 cups rava


  • 1/2 cups besan


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1/2 tsp ginger chilly paste


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seed


  • 1 tsp sesame seed


  • 4-5 nos green chilly slited


  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander


  • 6-7 nos curry leaves

Directions

  • Grease the dhokla mould and boil water in dhokla maker
  • In mixing bowl mix rava, besan,curd and spinach puree together
  • Keep it covered for 5 min to rest
  • Add ginger chilly paste,salt,sugar and oil and mix it nicely
  • Add baking soda and give quick stir and pour the batter in greased mould and keep it in dhokla maker
  • Let it steam for 15 mins,check it by inserting knife or needle if it comes out clearly it's mean it is cooked
  • Take it out and let it cool down
  • Meanwhile make tadka for this heat oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seed as it crackle add sesame seed,curry leaves,green chilly and cook for a while
  • Demould dhokla and cut it in desire pieces
  • Pour the tadka over it and garnish it chopped coriander
  • Serve it with chutney or sauce
