Grease the dhokla mould and boil water in dhokla maker
In mixing bowl mix rava, besan,curd and spinach puree together
Keep it covered for 5 min to rest
Add ginger chilly paste,salt,sugar and oil and mix it nicely
Add baking soda and give quick stir and pour the batter in greased mould and keep it in dhokla maker
Let it steam for 15 mins,check it by inserting knife or needle if it comes out clearly it's mean it is cooked
Take it out and let it cool down
Meanwhile make tadka for this heat oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seed as it crackle add sesame seed,curry leaves,green chilly and cook for a while
Demould dhokla and cut it in desire pieces
Pour the tadka over it and garnish it chopped coriander
Serve it with chutney or sauce
