Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups moong, chana, tuvar and masoor dal


  • 4 cups palak


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 5-6 nos garlic cloves


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 3 cups water

Directions

  • wash dal and Palak and cook.for 2 whistle
  • heat oil for Tadka
  • add jeera to it
  • add finely chop garlic
  • add tomato and onion cut into small pieces
  • add red chilli powder, turmeric and salt
  • add cooked dal and Palak
  • add water as required
  • cookies for 5 to 6 minutes
  • Serve hot with rice
