Ingredients

Serves 3

  • moong, chana, tuvar and Masoor dal 1 cups

  • palak 4 cups

  • onion 1 nos

  • tomato 1 nos

  • garlic cloves 5-6 nos

  • red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • jeera 1 tsp

  • oil 3 tsp

  • water 3 cups

Directions

    wash dal and Palak and cook.for 2 whistle

  • 02

    heat oil for Tadka

  • 03

    add jeera to it

  • 04

    add finely chop garlic

  • 05

    add tomato and onion cut into small pieces

  • 06

    add red chilli powder, turmeric and salt

  • 07

    add cooked dal and Palak

  • 08

    add water as required

  • 09

    cookies for 5 to 6 minutes

  • 10

    Serve hot with rice
