Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 200 gm spinach


  • 3 tbsp crumbled paneer


  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs or 4 bread slices soaked in water and squeezed


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp Amchur powder or lemon juice


  • 2-3 tbsp rice flour 1-2 green chillies salt to taste oil for frying

Directions

  • Rinse and clean the spinach thoroughly with water and chop it finely.
  • Heat the oil in pan and roast the spinach for few minutes.
  • let spinach cool down, then grind it to make a paste.
  • Add all the ingredients except oil.
  • Mix well and make dough (mix some bread crumbs or rice flour if required)
  • Divide the dough in equal portions and make round shaped balls. Deep fry these balls in hot oil on low to medium heat until golden brown.
  • Now take out the balls on absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot with desired chutney or sauce. ,😋enjoy delicious spinach balls
