Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 200 gm spinach

  • 3 tbsp crumbled paneer

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs or 4 bread slices soaked in water and squeezed

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala powder

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp Amchur powder or lemon juice

  • 2-3 tbsp rice flour 1-2 green chillies salt to taste oil for frying

Directions

    Rinse and clean the spinach thoroughly with water and chop it finely.

    Heat the oil in pan and roast the spinach for few minutes.

  • 03

    let spinach cool down, then grind it to make a paste.

  • 04

    Add all the ingredients except oil.

    Mix well and make dough (mix some bread crumbs or rice flour if required)

    Divide the dough in equal portions and make round shaped balls. Deep fry these balls in hot oil on low to medium heat until golden brown.

    Now take out the balls on absorbent paper.

    Serve hot with desired chutney or sauce. ,😋enjoy delicious spinach balls
