Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 cups spinach (chopped)


  • 2 nos medium onion (finely chopped)


  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 4 nos red chillies


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1/2 cups fresh green peas


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add zeera and mustard seeds.
  • Let them splutter ans add onion. Fry them until translucent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a min.
  • Now add green peas and stir well.
  • Add spinach, salt, mix well and lid the kadai.
  • Cook for 7-8 mins on low flame.
  • Remove the lid, add red chilly powder, coriander powder, mix well.
  • Cook for 5 min more until oil leaves the sides of the pan.
