First mix suji and refined flour with salt and carom seeds.
Mix moyan oil and make a dough by using spinach puree,use some warm water if needed.
In a bowl mix two spoon refined flour and 4 spoon water for slurry.
For stuffing mix aloo bhujiya,chopped onion,ginger,green chilli and salt.
Take a small piece of dough and roll it Like a puri.
Fill stuffing and Used slurry for stick samosa,apply it on sides of samosa.
Fry it on medium flame in hot oil.
Serve hot.😊
