Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups green whole moong daal


  • 1/2 cups yellow moong daal


  • 1/2 cups rice


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 cups palak puree


  • 1 tsp ginger and green chilli paste

Directions

  • Soak both the daals and rice separately at night Grind all three in the morning with minimum of water.
  • Cleans spinach leaves and blanch them soft Mix everything to make a batter and add salt, chili powder and paste of ginger n chili to the batter

  • By then grease & pre heat your waffle maker.
  • Cut paneer in any shape with a cutter and keep it on a greased grill pan Let it grill the way you like it
  • Once the waffle maker is hot, pour the batter and let it cook. Remove and place the savory waffle on a plate with the piece of paneer on it
  • Serve it hot accompanied by some salad and garnished with your favorite chutney
