First chopped the radish leaves and grind green soya.
Mix buttermilk, besan,salt and turmeric powder, mix 2 cups of water.
In a pan heat clarified butter and add tadka's ingredients.
Now now mix the batter of buttermilk and besan.
Stir continuously.
After 10 minutes add grind green soya and chopped radish leaves.
Let it cook for 15 minutes, add water if needed.
For Lal Chaunk mix red chilli powder in hot clarified butter.
When it become thick and good consistency than served it hot with pouring Lal Chaunk over it.
You can enjoy this healthy and delicious curry with rice or chapati .
