Ingredients
Serves : 4
1/4 cups red spinach chopped
1/4 cups green spinach chopped
1/4 cups water leaf chopped
1/4 cups chopped hogweed green
1/4 cups moringa leaves chopped
1/4 cups taro leaf chopped
1/4 cups yam leaf chopped
1/4 cups pumpkin leaf chopped
1/4 cups ash gourd leaf chopped
1/4 cups ivy gourd leaves chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp black gram dal
2 nos dried red chillies
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp grated coconut
1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
3 nos curry leaves
Directions
In a tablespoon of coconut oil, add mustard and black gram dal. When mustard splutter, add dried red chillies and curry leaves. Add the chopped greens, add turmeric and salt. Sprinkle very little water, Close it with a lid and let it cook in low heat for say 5 minutes. Add grated coconut, saute for a while and switch off the flame
