  • paan leaves 5 piece

  • dessicated coconut 2 cups

  • condensed milk 3/4 cups

  • gulkund 2 tbsp

  • green food colour 2 drop

  • ghee 2 tsp

    Wash paan leaves very well with water. In a mixer grinder add paan leaves,condensed milk and green food colour and grind. Make a smooth paste.

    Heat ghee in a pan and add 1 cup coconut powder. Cook a second and add paan leaves paste. Stir and Cook till mixture become thick and lumpy. when it starts to separated from the pan off the flame.

    keep mixture in a plate. Cool down in room temperature and make a round shape place one laddoo in your palm and fill with 1/2 tsp of gulkand in the center. Bring the edges together and roll to form a laddoo. Roll the prepared laddoo in remaining dessicated coconut. Repeat the same process with the remaining laddoo. Keep this in refrigerator and serve.
