Ingredients

Serves 4

  • methi leaves 1 cups

  • whole wheat flour 1 cups

  • gram flour 1/2 cups

  • salt 1 tsp

  • hing 1/2 tsp

  • green chilly chopped 1 nos

  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp

  • red chilly powder 1/2 tsp

  • Turmaric powder 1/2 tsp

  • oil 2 tsp

Directions

    Wash methi leaves under the running water very well and chopped.

    In a bowl take wheat flour,gram flour,chopped methi leaves, salt ,red chilly powder,Turmaric powder,hing,ajwain and 1 tsp oil and mix everything well. Add sufficient water and make a smooth dough. Cover and keep aside for 2 minutes.

    Nw divide it into equal parts and make a triangle shape parantha with the help of rolling pin.

    Heat a pan or tawa and Cook parantha. Apply oil as required. Cook both the side till golden brown in colour. Off the flame and serve hot.
