Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups methi leaves


  • 1 cups whole wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp hing


  • 1 nos green chilly chopped


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmaric powder


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Wash methi leaves under the running water very well and chopped.
  • In a bowl take wheat flour,gram flour,chopped methi leaves, salt ,red chilly powder,Turmaric powder,hing,ajwain and 1 tsp oil and mix everything well. Add sufficient water and make a smooth dough. Cover and keep aside for 2 minutes.
  • Nw divide it into equal parts and make a triangle shape parantha with the help of rolling pin.
  • Heat a pan or tawa and Cook parantha. Apply oil as required. Cook both the side till golden brown in colour. Off the flame and serve hot.
