Boil the potato. Grate the paneer.
Mesh the potato and mix it with grated paneer. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, refined flour and prepare kofta mixture.
I have air fry the kofta in air fryer for 15 minutes at 180 degree. Alternatively You can deep fry it also.
Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Add green chilli and Make puree of it.
Take coconut, green garlic, saunf powder, ginger, cashews to the mixture jar and grind this to a paste.
In kadhai, add oil. Add grinded paste and saute it for a while.
Now add spinach puree , salt, dhaniya powder and mix it.
Simmer this for some time on law flame.
While serving, add koftas just before eating so that it will not turn soggy.
Serve it with roti or paratha.
