Paneer kofta in spinach grevy

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 100 gms paneer

  • 1 nos potato

  • 1 tsp coriander green

  • 2 tsp anise seeds

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 2 tsp cashews

  • 2 tsp coconut

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp green garlic

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp dhaniya powder

  • 3 tsp refined flour

  • 3 nos green chilli


  • Boil the potato. Grate the paneer.
  • Mesh the potato and mix it with grated paneer. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, refined flour and prepare kofta mixture.
  • I have air fry the kofta in air fryer for 15 minutes at 180 degree. Alternatively You can deep fry it also.
  • Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Add green chilli and Make puree of it.
  • Take coconut, green garlic, saunf powder, ginger, cashews to the mixture jar and grind this to a paste.
  • In kadhai, add oil. Add grinded paste and saute it for a while.
  • Now add spinach puree , salt, dhaniya powder and mix it.
  • Simmer this for some time on law flame.
  • While serving, add koftas just before eating so that it will not turn soggy.
  • Serve it with roti or paratha.
