Firstly in a jar add green peas now blend it make a croaser paste now keep it a side
Now again in a jar add cumin, garlic cloves, cloves, black pepper corn, cinnamon, javitri, green cardamom, black cardamom 1 roughly chopped onion and some little water now blend it make a fine paste then keep it a side
Now heat the wok with mustard oil then add bayleaf now add 1 finely chopped onion saute it change nice pink colour
Then add prepared spices mixture ,red chili powder, turmeric powder stir and mix it properly when spices separates till it oil
Then add green peas mixture saute it few minutes on lower flame then add chopped tomatoes and ginger powder ,salt to taste mix it properly now cover and cook for 10 min on lower flame
Stiring between interval duration
Now add 2 glass water mix it properly again cover and cook for 1o min on lower flame lastly garnish with some chopped green coriander leaves now reduce the flame
serve it hot you can enjoy this any types of chapati or rice
