Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos medium potatoes


  • 1 cups green peas


  • 1 nos big tomato


  • 1/2 inch inger piece


  • 5-6 nos garlic pods


  • 2 nos green chillies


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriandor powder


  • 1/2 tsp abji masala


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups coriander leaves

Directions

  • Get all ingredients ready. Cut Potatoes in cubes, wash green peas n soak in water, chopped tomatoes, corsely crush green chillies ginger garlic together.
  • Take a cooker on medium flame add oil. As oil get hot add mustard seeds let crackled. Now add asafoetida n crush green chillies ginger garlic. Saute it till get golden.
  • Now add chopped Tomato. Saute it till it get tender. Add red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, coriander powder, sabji masala. Saute it.
  • Now add green peas, cut potatoes. Mix it well n add salt.
  • Add 1/2 cup water. Mix it. Close the lid. Make flame high. N let get 3 whistle. Let cooker get cool open the lid mix the sabji well. Sprinkle coriander leaves.
  • Serve it with Parathas, roti, rice n enjoyyy
