Ingredients

  • medium Potatoes 4 nos

  • green peas 1 cups

  • big Tomato 1 nos

  • inger piece 1/2 inch

  • garlic pods 5-6 nos

  • green chillies 2 nos

  • oil 3 tsp

  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

  • asafoetida 1/4 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • coriandor powder 1 tsp

  • abji masala 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • coriander leaves 1/4 cups

Directions

    Get all ingredients ready. Cut Potatoes in cubes, wash green peas n soak in water, chopped tomatoes, corsely crush green chillies ginger garlic together.

    Take a cooker on medium flame add oil. As oil get hot add mustard seeds let crackled. Now add asafoetida n crush green chillies ginger garlic. Saute it till get golden.

    Now add chopped Tomato. Saute it till it get tender. Add red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, coriander powder, sabji masala. Saute it.

    Now add green peas, cut potatoes. Mix it well n add salt.

    Add 1/2 cup water. Mix it. Close the lid. Make flame high. N let get 3 whistle. Let cooker get cool open the lid mix the sabji well. Sprinkle coriander leaves.

    Serve it with Parathas, roti, rice n enjoyyy
