  • gajar 1 kgs

  • condensed milk 200 ml

  • chopped dry fruits 2 bowls

  • malai 4-5 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Peel carrot and grate it

  • 02

    Put malai, squeezed carrot and condensed milk and mix well

  • 03

    Give 3 whistle

  • 04

    Roast it till ghee starts leaving sides

  • 05

    Add chopped dry fruits

  • 06

    Gajar halwa ready to serve
