  • 1 kgs gajar


  • 200 ml condensed milk


  • 2 bowls chopped dry fruits


  • 4-5 tbsp malai

Directions

  • Peel carrot and grate it
  • Put malai, squeezed carrot and condensed milk and mix well
  • Give 3 whistle
  • Roast it till ghee starts leaving sides
  • Add chopped dry fruits
  • Gajar halwa ready to serve
