Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 bowls methi chop


  • 1 bowls whole wheat flour


  • 1 cups besan


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 nos green chilli chop


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp dry kasuri meth


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 2 piece butter cubes

Directions

  • Take a mixing bowl pour all ingredients mix add water and make a smooth dough rest in 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour make a ball and flat in rolling pin and make a parantha.
  • Apply oil in both sides and crisp parantha ready.
  • Then serve with butter cubes.
