1 bowls methi chop
1 bowls whole wheat flour
1 cups besan
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 nos green chilli chop
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dry kasuri meth
2 tsp oil
2 piece butter cubes
Directions
Take a mixing bowl pour all ingredients mix add water and make a smooth dough rest in 1 hour.
After 1 hour make a ball and flat in rolling pin and make a parantha.
Apply oil in both sides and crisp parantha ready.
Then serve with butter cubes.
