Ingredients

  • Methi chop 1 bowls

  • Whole wheat flour 1 bowls

  • Besan 1 cups

  • Ajwain 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp

  • Green chilli chop 1 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Dry kasuri meth 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tsp

  • Butter cubes 2 piece

Directions

  • 01

    Take a mixing bowl pour all ingredients mix add water and make a smooth dough rest in 1 hour.

    After 1 hour make a ball and flat in rolling pin and make a parantha.

  • 03

    Apply oil in both sides and crisp parantha ready.

  • 04

    Then serve with butter cubes.
