Methi chop 1 bowls
Whole wheat flour 1 bowls
Besan 1 cups
Ajwain 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Green chilli chop 1 nos
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Dry kasuri meth 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Butter cubes 2 piece
Directions
Take a mixing bowl pour all ingredients mix add water and make a smooth dough rest in 1 hour.
After 1 hour make a ball and flat in rolling pin and make a parantha.
Apply oil in both sides and crisp parantha ready.
Then serve with butter cubes.
