  • 2 nos kale leaves (large)


  • 1 cups baby spinach


  • 1/2 cups coriander greens


  • 2 cups broccoli


  • 1/2 nos cucumber unpeeled


  • 2 piece celery dressed


  • 1 nos lime


  • 1 cups cold water


  • 6 nos ice cubes


  • 1 tbsp tabasco sauce (optional)


  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce (optional)


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp pepper

Directions

  • Intro: This is one of the healthiest Smoothies in the world. Packed with a plethora of nutritional ingredients & delicious too. Drink it up as it is or spice it up with a dash of Tabasco & Worcestershire Sauce. Green smoothies are not only a unique colour but they also offer unique health benefits. Made with leafy greens that are loaded with antioxidants and vitamins. An excellent way to enjoy a delicious drink that satisfies hunger and detoxify your system. Here’s to Good Health!
  • Wash all the above ingredients thoroughly under running water in a large colander. Shake off the water.
  • Cut off & discard the hard stems of the Kale.
  • Cut all the ingredients except the Lime into 1 inch pieces.
  • Pour Water in a large/tall Blender Jar. Add the ice cubes followed by the Broccoli, Celery, Cucumber, Kale, Spinach, Cilantro - please follow this sequence to keep the blades running smoothly.
  • Please do not make your machine work hard by packing too tightly. Do in 2-3 batches if your Blender Jar isn’t large enough. You might have to push the veggies down a couple of times.
  • Blend for 2-3 minutes to get the perfect consistency. *If you have a Vitamix Blender, 30 seconds are enough.
  • Squeeze the Lime into the Smoothie. Pour in glasses.
  • Enjoy chilled with salt, a hint of Pepper & a dash of Tabasco & Worcestershire Sauce.
  • Refrigerate if there’s any leftover. Finish it within 24 hours.
  • Note: You may increase or decrease the ingredients as per your preference. Do keep in mind that adding more Kale would make your Smoothie slightly bitter.
