Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 kgs mutton


  • 1 bowls curd


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coariander powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 400 gms spinach


  • 1/2 bowls coariander leaves


  • 1/4 bowls mint leaves


  • 4 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp whole cumin seeds


  • 2 nos onions


  • 1 nos tomato


  • 2 tsp roasted crushed kasoori methi


  • 1 nos ginger julienned for garnishing

Directions

  • Marinade mutton pieces with1/2 bowl curd,ginger garkic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice and salt.
  • Blanch spinach in salted boiling water for a minute and drain.Grind spinach grn chilli coriander and mint to paste
  • Heat a thick pan. add whole garam masalas and cumin seeds and roast.When nice aroma is given out add onion till golden and add tomatoes and cook well.Add the mutton and cook on high for two mins(stir continuosly)
  • Add 1/2 remaining yogurt, 1 cup water and bring to boil.cook for 4-5 whistle or till cooked.ooen the lid add the spinach mixture.cook till all mix well.Sprinkle kasoori methi and serve hot garnish with Ginger julienned.
