Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Butter 1 tbsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Onion finely chopped 2 nos

  • Cream 1 tbsp

  • milk 1/2 cups

  • Garam masala 1.5 tbsp

  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp

  • Turmeric 1 pinch

  • Kasoori methi 1 tbsp

  • Salt .5 tbsp

  • Coriander leaves 1.5 cups

  • Mint leaves 1 cups

  • green chillies 2-3 nos

  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • cashew 1/4 cups

  • Curd 1/4 cups

  • Lemon juice or Amchur powder 1 tbsp

  • Black peper 1/2 tbsp

  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp

Directions

    Grind all the things under to ground and marinate paneer in it and keep aside for 20 minutes.

    Take a pan put oil amd butter,add chpd onions saute till translucent.

    Add the paneer pieces and mix well. Add the coriander powder and garam masala.mix gently and cook on medium.

    At last add the cream and kasuri methi.mix well...Add water and cook on medium low for 5 minutes.

    paneer pudina is ready to serve with rice /naan/roti.
