Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 2 nos onion finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp cream


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1.5 tbsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 pinch turmeric


  • 1 tbsp kasoori methi


  • .5 tbsp salt


  • 1.5 cups coriander leaves


  • 1 cups mint leaves


  • 2-3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 cups cashew


  • 1/4 cups curd


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or amchur powder


  • 1/2 tbsp black peper


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds

Directions

  • Grind all the things under to ground and marinate paneer in it and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  • Take a pan put oil amd butter,add chpd onions saute till translucent.
  • Add the paneer pieces and mix well. Add the coriander powder and garam masala.mix gently and cook on medium.
  • At last add the cream and kasuri methi.mix well...Add water and cook on medium low for 5 minutes.
  • paneer pudina is ready to serve with rice /naan/roti.
