2 cups chopped palak leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp meat masala/garam masala
1 tsp achari masala/chaat masala(optional)
1/2 tsp ajwain
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ghee
Directions
This is easy to make and healthy food...my kids love this...Better way to feed kids veggies
Mix all ingredients and make a dough adding required water... Roll to little thickness and cook on tawa spreading ghee...enjy with mint curd and achar...
