Ingredients

Serves 2

  • fine sooji 2 cups

  • curd 1 cups

  • spinach leaves 1 cups

  • dill leaves 1 cups

  • ginger paste 1 tsp

  • chopped green chilli 1 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • rice flour 1/2 cups

  • besan 2 tsp

  • oil 1/2 cups

  • dhaniya powder 1 tsp

  • spring onion 2 tsp

  • soda bi carb 1/8 tsp

Directions

    Mix sooji, besan and rice flour. Add curd to it and Soak this for 15 minutes.

    Blanch spinach leaves into boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove it from water and immerse in cold water. Make a puree of it using mixer jar.

    Chop dill leaves finely. Add this to sooji battar. Add spinach puree and mix properly.

    Add salt, dhaniya powder, finely chopped green chilli, ginger paste, chopped spinach onion leaves and mix it properly.

    Mix soda bi carb and whisk it for a while so that it mixes well.

    In a appearance pan, apply oil, pour the batter.

    Cook it from both the sides on law flame.

    Serve this healthy appe made up of green leafy with coconut chutney, green chutney and tomato ketchup.
