Roast gram flour on low flame till aroma starts.
Grind spinach, ginger, garlic and green chilli without adding water
Our spinach purée is ready
Mix spinach purée, roasted besan and all other ingredients. Keep this batter in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Refrigerate the batter for 15 minutes
Remove from refrigerator, oil hands, take ball sized batter and shape them round.
Deep fry all koftas on high heat
Heat 1 tbsp oil, add whole garam masala, onion, red chilli powder, salt and cumin powder to onion.
Add tomato purée, cashews paste and coriander leaves
Serve hot with any flat bread . Enjoy endlessly..
