Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 gms palak


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 1 tsp garlic


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1 cups grated paneer


  • 1/2 cups potatoes boiled and peeled


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 6 nos cashews chopped


  • 1/2 cups besan


  • 1/2 cups cornflour


  • 2 tbsp oil for deep frying


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 1 nos small mace


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 1 nos small cinnamon


  • 4 nos green cardamom


  • 1 cups onion chopped


  • 2 cups tomatoes purée


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp umin powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 6-8 nos cashews paste


  • 1 tbsp p cream and grated paneer for garnish

Directions

  • Roast gram flour on low flame till aroma starts.
  • Grind spinach, ginger, garlic and green chilli without adding water
  • Our spinach purée is ready
  • Mix spinach purée, roasted besan and all other ingredients. Keep this batter in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  • Refrigerate the batter for 15 minutes
  • Remove from refrigerator, oil hands, take ball sized batter and shape them round.
  • Deep fry all koftas on high heat
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil, add whole garam masala, onion, red chilli powder, salt and cumin powder to onion.
  • Add tomato purée, cashews paste and coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with any flat bread . Enjoy endlessly..
