Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour


  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda


  • 1 tsp Baking powder


  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder


  • 1 cup Spinach , puree


  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil


  • 6 tbsp Honey


  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence


  • 1 cup Raisins and chopped cashew nuts


  • 4-6 tbsp Milk, as required

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius to 10 minutes and keep it ready.
  • To start with making the Healthy Whole Wheat Sugar free Spinach Cake, take the wheat flour in a bowl. To it add the cinnamon powder and mix well.
  • Add oil to the flour and mix well. Then add the spinach puree and mix well.
  • Now keep adding milk until no crumble is left and mixture is smooth.
  • At this stage add honey and whisk the spinach cake mixture thoroughly.
  • Now add the baking powder, baking soda and vanilla essence and give the mixture a nice stir.
  • Pound the dry fruits to the mixture
  • Grease a cake tin with some olive oil and pour the cake mix into the tin.Bake it in the oven to 150 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Once done insert a skewer to check if it is done and comes out clean.
