Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 cup-methi leaves

  • 1/2 cup-soya leaves

  • 1/2 cup-green peas

  • 1-carrot chopped

  • 2 potatoes peeled and chopped

  • 1 tsp-salt or as required

  • 1/2 tsp-hing

  • 1/2 tsp-red chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp-corriender powder 1/2tsp-Turmaric powder

  • 1/2 tsp-amchur powder

  • 1 tsp-oil

  • 1/2 tsp-cumin seeds

Directions

    Wash soya leaves and methi leaves under the running water .chopped and Keep aside.

    Heat oil in a pan. Add hing and cumin seed And cracked .Add Turmaric powder,coriender powder and red chilly powder. Cook till a second. Add chopped soyaabeen methi leaves,chopped potatoes,chopped carrot and green peas and mix everything well. Add salt and cover. Cook on low flame for 5minutes.

    After 5 minutes add Aamchur powder and mix well. off the flame and serve hot with roti or paratha.
