Heat a cadai put butter add onion keep statue
Then add Ginger garlic paste fri well
Then add chopped palak leaves
Fri well add Tomato Puri,chole keep cook 4mins
Then add cumin,daniya powder,turmeric,garam masala mix up well
Then add coriander,kasuri methi
Once water absorbed and forms nice palak gravy on butter gets nice aroma means ready to serve
Place curry on serving plate add. Butter ready to serve
