  • 1cup palak


  • 1cup boiled chole


  • 2tsp butter


  • 1tsp kasuri methi


  • 1tsp garam masala


  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1tsp cumin powder


  • 1tsp daniya powder


  • 1tsp turmeric


  • 1tsp chilli powder


  • 1cup chopped onion


  • 1cup Tomato puri


  • 1cup coriander

Directions

  • Heat a cadai put butter add onion keep statue
  • Then add Ginger garlic paste fri well
  • Then add chopped palak leaves
  • Fri well add Tomato Puri,chole keep cook 4mins
  • Then add cumin,daniya powder,turmeric,garam masala mix up well
  • Then add coriander,kasuri methi
  • Once water absorbed and forms nice palak gravy on butter gets nice aroma means ready to serve
  • Place curry on serving plate add. Butter ready to serve
