Clean soft spinach leaves. Leaves shouldn’t be chopped small. In this particular recipe spinach leaves are kept little big and final sabzi is with gravy as its eaten with rice
Take a wok Add ghee Add cumin seeds When they crackle add all whole spices and stir till fragrant
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder Add chopped tomatoes Let them be mushy a bit
Add chopped spinach leaves and cover so that they get cooked and be tender.
Add little water too to make the gravy. Once spinach is cooked well add paneer cubes and cook again so that everything gets incorporated well.
Sprinkle garam masala when its done and serve with steamed rice
