Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups kamod rice


  • 1/2 cups splited moong dal


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds


  • 1 piece bay leaf


  • 2-3 nos cloves


  • 4-5 nos pepper


  • 100 gms spinach


  • 1 tbsp coriander


  • 3 tbsp spring onion


  • 1/4 cups capsicum


  • 1 tbsp ginger chilligarlic paste


  • 2 tbsp green garlic


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1/4 tbsp urmeric powder


  • 4-5 nos cabbage leaves


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 1 nos small onion


  • 2 tbsp peanuts

Directions

  • Wash rice n dal soak for 10min. Boil add ghee n salt.
  • Blanch crush spinach make puree
  • Boil peas n pigeon peas.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan crackle cuminseeds bay leaf cinemin stick cardamom cloves n papper add spring onion ginger chilli garlic paste peanuts saute n add spinach puree. Add chopped capsicum turmeric powder n boil peas n pigeon peas. Curry patta Mix well. Now add boiled khichdi. Green garlic n garammasal coriander mix properly.
  • Mean while take a ghee in another pan saute onion n red chillipowder. Tadka is ready.
  • Preheat sizzler trey arrange cabbage n assemble khichdi pour tadka . Put fried chilli chopped tomato crrot onion n sizzle with chilled watern ghee
  • Serve with masala curd n masala papad. Tasty innovative sizzling khichdi is ready to serve.
