Dry roast peanuts, once cool down remove its skin with rubbing palms. Then grind it in coarse powder..
Take a bowl add all dry ingredients, paste and grinded peanuts and coriander into besan, mix well , add water and prepare thick paste like batter.
In a greased plate or thali, transfer prepared batter , cook in steam like dhokla on a low medium flame till it cooks properly.
Cut in a squares, once it cools down.
Now in a nonstick pan or skillet, add little oil & heat, place few squares over it. Cook from both sides, till they become crispy.
Serve hot with chutney and ketchup.
