Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 nos potatoes chopped


  • 3 cups hari methi finely chopped


  • 1 nos tomatoes chopped


  • .5 tsp turmeric powder


  • 3/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp mango powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 nos green chillies


  • 3 tsp cooking oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

Directions

  • Fresh fenugreek leaves.
  • All ingredients
  • All veggies
  • Remove the hard stem of fenugreek,use only the leaves and tender stems.Wash them well with water and then chop finely.
  • Heat oil in a karahi and add cumin seeds,when seed start crackling add chopped green chilies.saute for few seconds.
  • Add turmeric, chopped potatoes and salt,mix well and cover and cook on low heat flame till it is half cooked.
  • Now add chopped fenugreek and tomatoes.mix well,cover and cook on low flame.
  • When almost done,add chili powder and mango powder,mix well.
  • Cover and simmer for a minute.Serve hot with chapati.
