  • Red Spinach Leaves and Stems 1 bowls

  • Garlic cloves , crushed 9 nos

  • Green chili chopped 10 nos

  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop red spinach leaves(Lal math bhaji).

    Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves saute till garlic gets a brown color or for half a minute.

    Now, add chopped green chilies saute well.

  • 04

    Add chopped red spinach leaves and salt, saute well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes water gets evaporated and we will get well-cooked red spinach leaves to stir-fry

    Healthy and tasty red spinach stir fry is ready to serve, serve hot with bhakri, chapati.
