  • 1 bowls red spinach leaves and stems


  • 9 nos garlic cloves , crushed


  • 10 nos green chili chopped


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Clean, wash and chop red spinach leaves(Lal math bhaji).
  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic cloves saute till garlic gets a brown color or for half a minute.
  • Now, add chopped green chilies saute well.
  • Add chopped red spinach leaves and salt, saute well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes water gets evaporated and we will get well-cooked red spinach leaves to stir-fry
  • Healthy and tasty red spinach stir fry is ready to serve, serve hot with bhakri, chapati.
