Firstly take a methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)remove it stem and wash and roughly chopped it now keep it a side then Heat the wok with mustard oil then add fenugreek seeds and green chili stir it few minutes then add chopped potatoes saute till it becomes nice brown colour then add mutter and methi leaves, salt as pr taste now cover and cook for 5 to 8 min on lower flame now reduce the flame now it is ready to serve it
