Ingredients

  • 1 bunch palak


  • 1 cup boiled rice (basmati)


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 cup chopped onion


  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum


  • 4 cheese cubes


  • 2 tbsp fresh cream


  • 1/2 cup raw coriander puree


  • 1 tbsp red chili powder


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Blanch palak and make a puree.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds.
  • Add onion and capsicum.
  • Add red chili powder , garam masala , coriander powder and salt.
  • Add coriander paste , palak paste.
  • Mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add boiled rice and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Grate cheese and serve with cream.
