Blanch palak and make a puree.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds.
Add onion and capsicum.
Add red chili powder , garam masala , coriander powder and salt.
Add coriander paste , palak paste.
Mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add boiled rice and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Grate cheese and serve with cream.
