Ingredients

  • 1 kg amla

  • 1 tea spoon salt

  • 1 table spoon oil

  • 2 tea spoon red chili powder

  • 2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1.5 tea spoon dhaniya powder

  • 1 small bowl gur

  • 1.5 teaspoon saunf

  • 1 tea spoon hing

  • 3 glass water to boil

  • 1 tea spoon jeera

    Boil water put amla in it as it starts boiling sieve it

  • 02

    Remove its seeds

  • 03

    Take kadai put oil hing jeera and amla add all spices and mix well

  • 04

    Add gur mix well amla launji ready
