Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup sour curd


  • 1 cup spinach puree ( blanched & grind )


  • 1 cup finely chopped spinach


  • 1 tbsp gram flour


  • 2 green chillies


  • 1 tsp salt


  • For tempering: 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1/8 tsp asafoetida

Directions

  • Heat curd for few minutes.
  • Now mix curd, spinach puree, green chillies and gram flour and blend it well.
  • Now in a thick bottom pan, pour this blended mixture and add two cups of water in it and mix well. Bring it to boil.
  • Once it starts boiling, add chopped spinach in it. Boil for few more minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Lastly , temper it with tempering ingredients.
  • Serve hot with rice.
