Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250-gm moongdal.


  • 250gm spring onion


  • 2-3finely chopped green chillies


  • 1Handful chopped green coriander leaves


  • 1-2red chillies


  • 1/2tsp cumin seeds


  • 5-6blackpeppercorns


  • 1/2tsp or Salt as per taste


  • 1pinch of asafoetida

Directions

  • Wash and soak moongdal for 2hrs
  • Wash and chopped all the veggies or spring onions
  • Grind the soak moongdal along with cumin seeds, pe0ercornsand red chiii
  • Mix all ingredients together except oil keep side for 5mins. Heat oil in Kadhai at desired temperature put palisade on this fry till golden brown. N serve hot with green chutney.
