Wash n blanch spinach. Chopp in a choppper.
Roast oats n make a fine powder in a mixie jar.
Now heat ghee in a pan add spinach puree. Stir well on a mid flame add oats powder n sugar mix properly now add cream (malai) stir continously lastly add hop cashewnts cardamom powder n ghee mix well. Till fragrance release n ghee release.
