Ingredients

  • 100gms spinach


  • 2tbsp.Oats


  • 1/4cup sugar


  • 1tsp ghee


  • 1tbsp.cashewnuts


  • 1/4tsp.cardamom


  • 2tbsp.creaam

Directions

  • Wash n blanch spinach. Chopp in a choppper.
  • Roast oats n make a fine powder in a mixie jar.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan add spinach puree. Stir well on a mid flame add oats powder n sugar mix properly now add cream (malai) stir continously lastly add hop cashewnts cardamom powder n ghee mix well. Till fragrance release n ghee release.
  • Yummy tasty innovative Spinach oats halva is ready to serve. SERVE HOT. GARNISH WITH CASHEWNUTS.
