Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • A) for red juice


  • 2 beetroot chunks


  • 2 tomatoes chunks


  • Salt to taste


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • Pinch black pepper powder


  • 1/4 tsp raw mango powder


  • B) for green juice


  • 1 cup spinach leaves


  • 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves


  • 1/2 cup carrot chunks


  • 1/3 cup Indian gooseberry (Aavla)


  • 1/4 cup coriender leaves


  • 1/4 cup mint leaves


  • 1 inch ginger


  • Salt to raste


  • Pinch Black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp raw mango powder


  • Water as require

Directions

  • First take food processor or juicer.
  • I have used juicer over here because juice easily comes out from it and there is no tension to sieve it and wastage comes other side.
  • Now add beetroot and tomatoes into it and add 1/4 cup water.
  • Remove the juice into one bowl.
  • Now add salt, black pepper powder, raw mango powder, lemon juice and mix it well.
  • Keep aside.
  • Now into same juicer add spinach, fenugreek, coriender, carrot, mint, gooseberry and Ginger.
  • grind it and remove juice into one bowl.
  • Now add lemon juice, salt, raw mango powder, black pepper powder and mix it well.
  • After that take two serving glass.
  • First add two tbsp of green juice into it.
  • Now using cocktail spoon add red juice very carefully.
  • Have patience to this step.
  • After that again add green juice little by little using cocktail spoon.
  • Serve it to your family members, guest in winter season and attract your kids too.
  • Layered vegetable juice is ready to be serve.
