Ingredients

  • 200 gm muli bhaji


  • 200 gm Spinach


  • 5-6 garlic pod


  • 2-3 green chillies


  • 3 tsp mustard oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder


  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Clean both the greens, chop it n blanch it.
  • Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida, corsely crush garlic n green chillies, turmeric powder. saute it for a min.
  • Now add blanch greens mix it. Add salt.
  • Mix it crush the greens with spatula while saute in. When oil get released saag it done. Enjoy with rice or makkai ki roti.
