Ingredients

  • 200 gm fresh Palak ( spinach), 50 gm coriander leaves ( Chopped), 5 pcs of whole kaju ( cashew nuts), 1 big size boiled potato, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped green chillis, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 chat masala, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 50 gm roasted besan, 50 gm breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp oil for fry, salt to taste .

Directions

  • Chopped coriander leaves and the palak and then boiled the palak. Peel the boiled potato. In a bowl smash and mixed them well. Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies. Add salt, all masalas. Add roasted besan. Add bread crumbs mix and combine all ingredients well. Make 5 medium size balls. Split 5 kaju in two then put one piece of kaju on each balls. Then slightly press in between palms to form Tikkis. Heat oil in kadhai or pan and fry the Tikkis.
