Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 kg palong

  • 250 gm Paneer

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp Dhania Powder

  • 1 tsp Jeera powder

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp Kasouri Methi

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

  • 6 tbsp refined oil

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 onion

  • 8 cloves of garlic

Directions

    First boil the palong just for 2 mins in boiling water. Then drain the water and after becoming cold make a paste of it.

    Cut onion and grate ginger and garlic.

    Now take a pan heat it and add refined oil . Then fry cubes of paneer.

    After that take out all the fried paneer and keep aside.

    Now in the oil add onion, ginger and garlic. Saute untill raw smell gone.

    Then after medium fry take out onion,ginger and garlic into a mixer grinder. After becoming cool make a paste.

    Now add boiled palong paste and saute for 2 mins. Then add onion , ginger and garlic paste to it . Saote for 2min well.

    Now add all powdered spices and also salt and sugar. Fry it well.

    Now add paneer cubes and gently saute with the gravvy.

    If you feel gravy is so thick then add 1cup of hot water.

    Lastly sprinkle some Kasouri methi after rubbing on the palm.And also sprinkle some garam masala powder.
