1. Heat oil in a pan and add pinch of ajwain, pinch of hing and saute them.
2. Add chopped ginger and garlic 1 tbsp and saute them.
3. Now add chopped onion-1 and saute it.
4. Add chopped tomato-1 and saute it.
5. Now add turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon ,coriander powder - 1 teaspoon and salt as per taste and mix well.
6. Add washed and cleaned mushroom -1 katori and saute them. add choliya saag and methi leaves - 1 bowl chopped and saute them.
7. Add little water and let them cook on sim for sometime till they are mixed and cooked well.
8. Serve hot with Chapatties dal or Parathas.
