Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 pinch ajwain


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger


  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 nos chopped tomato


  • .5 tbsp turmeric powder


  • .5 tbsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 tbsp salt to taste


  • 150 ml mushroom


  • 1 bowls chopped choliya saag


  • 1 bowls chopped methi leaves


  • 1 tbsp water

Directions

  • 1. Heat oil in a pan and add pinch of ajwain, pinch of hing and saute them.
  • 2. Add chopped ginger and garlic 1 tbsp and saute them.
  • 3. Now add chopped onion-1 and saute it.
  • 4. Add chopped tomato-1 and saute it.
  • 5. Now add turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon ,coriander powder - 1 teaspoon and salt as per taste and mix well.
  • 6. Add washed and cleaned mushroom -1 katori and saute them. add choliya saag and methi leaves - 1 bowl chopped and saute them.
  • 7. Add little water and let them cook on sim for sometime till they are mixed and cooked well.
  • 8. Serve hot with Chapatties dal or Parathas.
