Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 250 grams of Methi

  • 1 chopped Aloo

  • 4 Red Chillies

  • 3 tablespoons of oil

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 8 pods of Garlic finally chopped

  • 1 teaspoon of haldi

  • 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp of Salt

Directions

    Clean and chop Methi leaves and keep it aside. Cut aloo into small pieces.

  • 02

    Chop garlic. Take oil in a Kadhai add mustard seeds, garlic and red chilli.. gradually add chopped aloo and fry for 2 minutes. Add chopped methi ,i salt , salt, haldi and red chilli powder

  • 03

    Cook till water evaporates
