Ingredients

  • 1/2bunch palak


  • 1cup mint


  • 1cup sprouts


  • 1tsp chilli paste


  • 1tsp salt


  • 1/2tsp baking soda


  • For tempering..3tsp oil


  • 1tsp cumin,mustard seeds


  • 2green chilli


  • 1strad of curry leaves

Directions

  • Take a blender put palak,mint,ginger,sprouts make fine paste
  • Transfer paste add salt,as required water ,baking soda,mix up althose make a nice batter
  • Pour this batter on to mould put into steamer
  • It should be steam into 20mins
  • Then take out cut pieces keep a side..mean while heat a cadai pour oil add cumin,mustard seeds when its splitter add chilli,curry leaves keep fri add this tadaka to dokhla
  • Ready to serve palak,mint,sprouts dokhla
