Take a blender put palak,mint,ginger,sprouts make fine paste
Transfer paste add salt,as required water ,baking soda,mix up althose make a nice batter
Pour this batter on to mould put into steamer
It should be steam into 20mins
Then take out cut pieces keep a side..mean while heat a cadai pour oil add cumin,mustard seeds when its splitter add chilli,curry leaves keep fri add this tadaka to dokhla
Ready to serve palak,mint,sprouts dokhla
