Wash all leafy vegetables rinse.
Now blanch spinach adding salt pinch sugar 3-4min.
Now chopp all veges. Churn spinach add mint leaves n coriander leaves.
Heat butter in sauce pan saute spring onion white part n add grated ginger grated yellow turmericsaute n chopped green chilli add spinach puree. Stir well. Add 1/2glass water bring it to boil on mid slow flame.Now add chopped green garlic n sprin onion green part. Stir n papper powder n lemon juice.
