4 cups chopped coriander leaves
1 cup besan
1 cup rice flour
6 green chillies chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced
Salt 1 tsp
2 cups vegetable oil or as needed
In a mixing bowl,add all ingredients except vegetable oil and mix very well, if it is too dry add spoonful of water and mix until it came to a dough consistency.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and make small balls from the mixture and drop in the heated oil. Fry in medium temperature until turns light brown.
Drain in a kitchen towel and serve warm with your favourite dipping sauce and hot beverage.
