Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup palak leaves


  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1 cup fine daliya


  • 1 tsp ginger chilli paste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp dhaniya jeera powder


  • 1 cup curd


  • 2 tsp jaggery


  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp sesme seeds

Directions

  • Chopped palak/spinach leaves and coriander.
  • Mix flour, daliya, salt, ginger chilli paste, curd, dhaniya jeera powder, turmeric powder, jaggery. Add spinach and coriander leaves to it.
  • Mixed every thing properly. Use little water if required.
  • Give it a shape of roll by hand
  • Keep it on a greased plate and keep it to steam in a steamer for about 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove it from steamer.
  • Cut the pieces of roll.
  • In a kadhai, add oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing,sesme seeds and let it splutter.
  • Add cut muthiya to it and give it a nice stirr.
  • Healthy spinach muthiya is ready to serve. Serve it with chuteny or ketchup
