Chopped palak/spinach leaves and coriander.
Mix flour, daliya, salt, ginger chilli paste, curd, dhaniya jeera powder, turmeric powder, jaggery. Add spinach and coriander leaves to it.
Mixed every thing properly. Use little water if required.
Give it a shape of roll by hand
Keep it on a greased plate and keep it to steam in a steamer for about 10-12 minutes.
Remove it from steamer.
Cut the pieces of roll.
In a kadhai, add oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing,sesme seeds and let it splutter.
Add cut muthiya to it and give it a nice stirr.
Healthy spinach muthiya is ready to serve. Serve it with chuteny or ketchup
