  • 1/2cup blanchSpinach


  • 1/2cup greenpeas


  • 1/2cup chopped capsicum


  • 1/2cup greenbeans


  • 2greenchilli


  • 1boild potato


  • 1/2cup paneer


  • 2tbsp chopped SpringOnion


  • 2tbsp chopped corrienderleaves


  • 1tsp garammasalapowder


  • 1tsp red chilli powder


  • 1tsp chat masala


  • 1tsp salt or according to taste


  • 1tsp turmeric powder


  • 1tsp corriender powder


  • 1tsp black pepperpowder


  • 1cup breadcrumbs


  • 1tsp oil as required for deepfry.

Directions

  • Heat a pan add 1tsp oil or ghee add green peas,capsicum sauted 1 mints.O ff the flame,cool it.
  • Take a grienderjar add blanch spinach,blanch greenpeas, &sauted veggies make a roughly griender paste.
  • Transfer a bowl add mashed potato,paneer, all spices &2tbsp breadcrumbs mix well.
  • Shape it as tikki shape put a cashew ,rolled with breadcrumbs &deep fry the tikki.Or shallow fry the tikki.
  • Serve with Tomato sauce.
