Ingredients

  • 1cup rice flour


  • 1/2cup fresh fenugreek


  • 2tbsp chilli ginger paste


  • 1/2tsp.Salt to taste


  • 1/8tsp turmeric powder


  • 1tsp.oil


  • 1/4tsp.asofoetida


  • 1/2tsp.Aachaar masala


  • 2pc.banana leaf

Directions

  • Wash banana leaf n cut in a 4same size. Sread oil with brush on dull side.
  • Now chop n wash fenugreek n rinse.
  • 3Take a rice flour ina bowl. Add gingerchilli paste fenugreek leaves salt asofoetida turmeric powdermix well add water n make pouring consistancy batter. Mix well.
  • Now heat nonstick pan put oily sidedown spread batter sprinkle aachaar masala n cover another leaf n roast on a midslow flame. Turn another side n roast 2-3min. Take out in a serving plate n serve hot. tasty tasty paanki is ready. Serve with fried chilli n tamrind chutney.Healthy breakfast.
